Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Website Merchandising Manager will be responsible for defining marketing communication & customer journey on the Kama website, collaborate with stakeholders to do end to end site campaign management, monitor campaign performance and take necessary action to improve CTRs, Conversions and Revenue. The person should have good understanding of Google analytics & should be able to track performance of various merchandising properties on the brand website & come up with insights & new learnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to define specific website campaign objectives
  • Content ideation & execution: Work with the graphic designers and the agencies to develop required creatives and implement with technology team’s help
  • Understanding of the customer journey on the website at a funnel level. Should be able to reduce cart drop offs & abandoned carts with targeted merchandising & marketing strategy
  • Should be able to use the website merchandising properties to cross sell & upsell products
  • Should be able to map short-term & long-term vision & requirements on the website from the merchandising standpoint.
  • Go-to person for media implementation for the website, should be able to improve product discovery on the platform
  • Implement tools and track results for blog management and on-site campaign analytics
  • Liaison with digital marketing & central marketing for required implementation of media plans

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • UG /PG educated
  • 4-5 years of merchandising experience in E-commerce space.
  • The primary responsibility of the Institutional Sales role is to identify opportunities and develop relationships with the hotels and spas – Existing & New.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifies and cultivates Hotel prospects In line with the positioning of the brand
  • Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities
  • On-boarding of new partners
  • Develops and maintains relationships with existing partners
  • Responsible for execution and renewal of contracts with partners
  • Maintaining healthy margins with partners – Responsible for the P&L of the business
  • Achievement of revenue targets – monthly & yearly
  • Responsible for timely stock projections/ordering with company’s supply chain
  • Responsible for development of new requirements (product/packaging/sizing) by partners – existing & new
  • Minimum 7-10+years of professional working experience in Institutional Sales.
  • Relevant experience in B2B business will be preferred
  • Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects, and consultants in assigned market segments.
  • Must have excellent sales skills

Key Responsibilities :

  • Edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations
  • Import text and graphics into publishing software
  • Integrate images and text to create cohesive designs
  • Revise layouts and make corrections as necessary
  • Submit or upload final files for printing or online publishing and digital.
  • Should be expert in design softwares like photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
  • Expert in color correction, cutouts & photo manipulation.
  • Expert in using shortcut keys in photoshop, Indesign & illustrator.
  • Sound knowledge of print production.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the paid media revenue & ROAS targets for the brand. The position must work closely with the marketing agencies aligned with the brand and ensure the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly targets are met. The position must closely evaluate all the Facebook, Google & Other paid media Ad campaigns & give recommendations to the agencies for campaign optimization & scale up possibilities. The person should have strong hold over content & creative strategy from the paid media standpoint. The Person should own the digital marketing for the brand and build strategies to bring new customers to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to define & execute specific paid media campaigns
  • Content ideation & execution: Work with the graphic designers and the agencies to develop required creatives
  • Understanding of the customer journey on the website at a funnel level. Should be able to build different targeting strategy for TOF, MOF & BOF audiences on the paid channels.
  • Should work on New Customer acquisition as the primary objective of all digital activations
  • SShould understand platforms like – Google Analytics, Google Ad words, Google Keyword Planner, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Shopping & Instagram shopping
  • Should understand the affiliate business.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot & identify common technical glitches on different Ads platform
  • Partnering with Respective account managers at Facebook & Google to build strategy for the brand
