1. Required Production Analyst

Required Experience: 5 to 8 Yrs.

Industry Preference: Ayurveda, Cosmetics industry and FMCG

Location: Jangpura – New Delhi


  • • Timely delivery of reports and database Management Generation of reports as per specification Internal and external requirements.
  • • Data Extraction For high level reports.
  • • Report Generations For high level reports.
  • • Being point of contact to resolve escalations.
  • • Adherence to committed timelines.
  • • Clear Presentation of findings with summary tables, Graphs and explanatory notes.
  • • Explaining the outcome to internal/external stake holders.


  • • Good analytical Skill
  • • Sound understanding of basic statistical concepts
  • • Strong Excel Skills Formulae, Graphs, Pivot charts and Tables. Knowledge of macros building will be added advantage
  • • Good Presentation skills
  • • Good communication skills
  • • Exposure to MS PowerPoint
  • • Exposure to working on MIS Platform

2. Urgently Required Dy. Manager/Manager – Logistics (SCM)

Required Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs.

Industry Preference: Ayurveda, Cosmetics industry and FMCG

Location: Jangpura – New Delhi


  • 1) Planning shipments for carting of all the shippers.
  • 2) Planning and Negotiating Contracts with Forwarders for export and import related requirements.
  • 3) Handle Customs and CHAs.
  • 4) Pre-alert for shippers/consignees.
  • 5) Custom clearance- Operation.
  • 6) Invoicing to shippers/FAC Billing/overseas debit notes.
  • 7) Quote to shippers. Freight Optimization in Cost and Delivery.
  • 8) Status report.
  • 9) Contact to existing shippers for new shipments.
  • 10) Approve debit note, transporter bills, shipping line invoices.
  • 11) Over all control on all the shipments.
  • 12) Travel whenever necessary to meet timelines of shipments and establish contacts.


  • 1) To take care of all logistic activities Import & Export Shipment.
    • a) Export Documentation Pre-& post Shipment.
    • b) Import Documentation Pre-& Post Shipment.
    • c) Import Payment.
    • d) Bank documents.
  • 2) Co-ordination with Customs/ CHAs & Forwarders.
  • 3) Arrange import shipment, arrange offers & negotiations with forwarders.
  • 4) Responsible for on time custom clearance.
  • 5) Take care of courier shipment.
  • 6) Take care for FOREX Currency conversation transaction.
  • 7) Take care of ECGC (Insurance) Issuance, Monthly statement, renewal.
  • 8) Mail correspondence & proper filing of documents.
  • 9) Maintaining pending order details.
  • 10) Commission statement of Agents.
  • 11) Well versed with freight optimization in cost and delivery.
  • 12) MIS reporting monthly.
  • 13) Good in MS Excel.

3. Required Executive/ Sr. Executive - Vendor Management (Accounts)

Relevant Experience: 2 - 4 Yrs.

Education: B. Com

Location: Jangpura – New Delhi


  • 1) Coordination with Vendor for Invoicing and quotations.
  • 2) Rates negotiations and cost reductions.
  • 3) Coordination with Finance team for Vendor Payouts.
  • 4) Maintain Vendor Registration and their agreements.
  • 5) Set up of vendor management process and timely follow ups.
  • 6) Good Knowledge of MS Office, Drafting, correspondence.

Beauty Advisor / Senior Beauty Advisor

Location : Pune / Bangalore / Coimbatore / Chennai / Delhi NCR

Experience: 2+ Years

Educational Qualification - Graduates

For Airports Passports issued on or after 2014 is required
