Quick OverviewRecommended in the ancient Ayurvedic text of Sahastrayogam to promote a sense of well-being and relaxation through massage. A blend of herbal ingredients processed in Whey and Sesame oil. Jelly leaf removes fatigue and alleviates muscle ache, while Winter Cherry eases stress, builds muscle and tones skin. Gentle enough to be used on children as a muscle toner and to revitalize the nervous system. Also an excellent treatment for tired, aching and sore hands and feet.
Benefits :• 100% Natural • Reduces stress • Relieves aches and pains • Firming and tones skin • Reviving and uplifting scent
What to ExpectA rich and full-bodied treatment oil with a herbal and minty scent. Requires massage for best results.
How to Use
How to applyFor best results, heat the oil slightly before use. Take an appropriate amount onto palms and massage gently all over the body. The hot temperature stimulates circulation bringing blood towards the skin surface, opening up the glands so they can drink the nourishing oil. Can also be used to massage feet, lower legs and upper arms at night to relieve tiredness and sleep well.

Guaranteed to reduce stress, remove aches and pains and aside from enriching the skin it helps with firming and toning. The rich mix helps with that natural herbal minty scent that only Kamas products usually have.
As someone who abhors popping pain killers for the odd aches and pains (imagine extra squats at gym time or too much of standing/walking in bad footwear days), Sugandhadhi has been a amazing discovery. The oil has a typical fragrance, not overpowering, a bit mint-ish, but it gets absorbed really quickly on your skin, and is surprisingly not very greasy. The best part however, is the fact that it actually helps alleviate aches and pains: try this at night and you'll sleep like a baby! My sensitive, eczema-prone skin gives it a full five stars!
Smells lovely and a brilliant product to reduce your work stress.
Bought this product for my mom as she was facing a lot of pain in her upper back. It reduced her pain and gives her a nice sleep too.
I had read about how this oil can work like magic when applied overnight over aching muscles. It indeed does. I have a stiff back issue and occasionally my feet and calf muscles are tired after a day's hard work. It is a truly effective oil that calms body aches.
