Empowering women artisans. Celebrating heritage.
At Kama Ayurveda, we honour India’s cultural heritage by supporting its crafts and communities, and the timeless wisdom they carry. As part of our commitment, we have partnered with Princess Gauravi Kumari and the Princess Diya Kumari Foundation to empower women artisans and preserve traditional textile techniques.
The exclusively designed Kama Cares PDKF collection pays tribute to elephants – symbols of care and strength – through handcrafted pieces that blend heritage with purpose and carry forward the spirit of conscious luxury. Each piece is a tribute to the hands that craft them and the stories they carry. The collection features hand block–printed creations made by women artisans in Jaipur, blending age-old techniques with a modern spirit.

This initiative – the first one launched under Kama Cares – reflects our long-standing engagement with environmental balance and biodiversity through the preservation of traditional elephant care and the revival of Ayurvedic veterinary knowledge.
Through this effort, we contributed to the wellbeing of over 50 elephants at elephant care camps and their caregivers in South India—celebrating Ayurveda’s interconnected wisdom between animals, people, and the land.
