Shipping & Returns 

1. Shipping

We only ship to the United Kingdom. Additionally, we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended.

  • Free standard shipping on all full-size orders
    • Order will be shipped within 4-7 business days
  • Express shipping on all orders will be charged £6.50
    • Order before 12pm Monday to Friday only

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from www.kamaayurveda.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

1. Returns

At Kama Ayurveda, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Puig UK will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).

If you are returning something you bought from our website and you live in the UK, click here to create your DPD returns label. 

Here's what to do next:

1. Package up your return

2. Drop off your parcel at a ‘print in store’ location near you

3. Show your QR code or shipping label. There’s no need to print anything. You just need to hand the package at the drop off location and show the QR code. They will handle your return for you.

4. Can’t find a ‘print in store’ location near you? Download and print label, then drop your parcel off at any DPD Drop Off Point location

 

We recommend to keep your proof of return until your return is finalised. 

Upon notification of your return arriving back to our facilities, we aim to have your return processed within 14 days.

We will only accept returns of the products complete with the accompanying gift with purchase (if applicable).
 

Please use the returns method provided by us. We do not recommend using an alternative returns method.

 If your return does not comply with the above and our returns policy, we will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).

Any altered, unsealed, incomplete or soiled products may not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. You will need to return your item and place a new order. All discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
