Harmonising {bhrajaka pitta}

Sun exposure is linked to {bhrajaka pitta} in Ayurveda: the skin sub-dosha of Pitta responsible for skin tone, radiance and metabolism. Inflammation, sensitivity, burning sensations, dullness and hyperpigmentation occur when {bhrajaka pitta} is aggravated – and managing sun exposure is a key factor in maintaining its balance.

How To Apply

Massage 2-3 pumps into the face and neck as the final step in your routine, before sun exposure. Re-apply frequently to maintain protection, particularly after perspiring, swimming or towel-drying.

Warning: Reducing the recommended application frequency will significantly lower the level of protection. Do not stay in the sun too long, even while using a sunscreen product. Over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat.
