A combination of water and earth elements, Kaphas rarely get upset or act impulsively, preferring to go through life at their own gentle pace. When balanced, Kaphas are stable and honest but when imbalanced, they struggle to grasp new topics and their short-term memory can worsen. Kapha people tend to have Oily skin. We recommend: Geranium Cleansing Gel, Vetiver Floral Water, Kumkumadi Oil, Urjasara Essence and Urjasara Watery Cream

The Kapha diet aims to fire up agni (digestive fire) and boost the metabolism. Kapha should aim for a hot, light, and dry diet. Out of all the doshas, Kapha can skip meals without suffering. However aim for three well-balanced meals per day, taking your largest meal at lunchtime. Avoid snacking between meals.

Kapha when in balance is grounded and stable, feels nourished to grow and has a great feeling of content. When out of balance, Kapha can feel lethargic, stagnant, with low mood and low energy. This practice is a dynamic Vinyasa Flow, working with backbends to free the spine, stimulate adrenals and maximise energy levels, as well as working with plank variations and lots of vinyasas to rekindle our Agni, our inner fire, to invigorate, enliven and uplift.
