How to eat according to your dosha

The main aim of the Pitta diet is to cool your mind and body. Pitta people often forget to eat when they’re busy or stressed, or they eat on the run. It’s not a good idea - the term ‘hangry’ is tailor-made for Pittas! So make sure you sit down and eat calmly. Pitta can easily develop indigestion or even ulcers, so the aim is always to soothe excessive fire and restore balance to the gut.

Pitta Yoga Flow

When in balance, Pitta is a strong, focused and courageous leader, with a sense of luminosity and charisma. When out of balance, can be irritable, overly critical, jealous and judemental. This practice starts with dynamic twists to activate the core and wring out any tension, before moving into longer held postures, to cool, calm and encourage a more receptive approach.
