Our facial self-massages have been created with an expert on {mukhasana} or "face yoga" in Sanskrit- to stimulate {marma} energy points and lymphatic drainage, while relieving muscular tensions.
Step 1 : Warming
Take a small amount of cream & warm it up using the palms of your hands
Step 2 : Aroma healing
Breathe in the cream's scent by circling your hands in the air
Step 3 : Application
Massage in an upward direction on the face and neck
Step 4 : Drainage
Rub your collar bones from left to right and in the opposite direction 20x
Step 5 : Youth-revitalising motions
Make smoothing motions from the chin to the ears 15x on each side of the face. Repeat on the cheekbones 15x

Not Rich Enough
It's rubbish! I should have rather spent the money on my usual FE Transformative Soundarya Night Cream. This product by Kama costs as much, but delivers very little. It's neither rich enough nor moisturising enough to be called a balm suitable for dry skin. I will not buy again.

Best ever!! This purchase had been my introduction to Kama products. I have loved it soooo much that I have bought most of the range! Loved the simple quiz, to find what would work best for my dry sensitive skin and to find what would give me the results I desired... I'm now hooked.... even using it on hubby!... Lovely
The night cream was lovely, unfortunately there was not enough in the sample to determine if I could use long term. I have sensitive skin and would need to use the product for more than a couple of nights to see if my skin would react. I have a cupboard full of products I have used for a couple of weeks and have had to stop using them as have reacted and this product is too expensive to be able to take a chance.
