How to apply Amarrupa Eye Cream

Our facial self-massages have been created with an expert on {mukhasana} or "face yoga" in Sanskrit - to stimulate {marma} energy points and lymphatic drainage, while relieving muscular tensions.

Step 1 Application

Apply the Amarrupa Eye Cream by tapping around the eyes with your ring fingers.

Step 2 Sweeping

Using both hands, position your middle and ring fingers on the outer corner of the eye and, moving together, sweep the top fingers upwards and the lower fingers downwards. Repeat, moving up towards the eyebrows.
