Ingredients:
· 1 small coconut or soya yogurt
· ½ a glass of plant-based milk
· 2 bananas
· 3 pitted dates
· ½ a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
· ½ a teaspoon of ground cardamom
· Chia or hemp seeds for topping
Method:
1. In a blender, combine the coconut or soya yoghurt, plant-based milk, bananas, pitted dates, ground cinnamon and ground cardamom
2. Blend until smooth and creamy
3. Pour into a glass and top with chia or hemp seeds
4. Serve chilled and enjoy
