Reminiscent of the beloved Indian sweets shared on Diwali to spread joy and cheer, the spiced flavour of coconut ladoo appears in this refreshing drink in the form of masala chai, accompanied by cucumber, or {trapusha} in Sanskrit, to detoxify and restore hydration in the body.

Green Cucumber Cooler:
In a blender, add:
1 whole cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 tsp masala chai
Juice of 1 lime
1 handful fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 glasses sparkling water (or substitute for tonic and leave out the agave syrup)
4 ice cubes
Blend on a high speed and serve very chilled.
