When in balance, Pitta is a strong, focused and courageous leader, with a sense of luminosity and charisma. When out of balance, Pitta can be irritable, overly critical, jealous and judgemental. This practice starts with dynamic twists to activate the core and wring out any tension, before moving into longer held postures, to cool, calm and encourage a more receptive approach.
