When in balance, Vata has a creative energy, and an expansive consciousness that feels joy and gratitude in life. However, when out of balance Vata can feel fearful, anxious and have difficulty sleeping. This is a dynamic yet steady practice that will stabilise, mobilise, ground and gradually work Vata towards stillness, with mindful breathing to finish the practice.
