How to apply Mridul Dry Blend

Our facial self-massages have been created with an expert on {mukhasana} or "face yoga" in Sanskrit- to stimulate {marma} energy points and lymphatic drainage, while relieving muscular tensions.

Step 1 : Blend preparation

Mix 1-2 teaspons of powder with the same amount of Floral Water or a Botanic Oil until a paste is formed

Step 2 : Application

Apply evenly onto skin

Step 3 : Rinse

Lightly massage for 1-2 minutes, rinse off

Step 4 : Marma points massage

Massage the middle of the forehead, the sides of the nose, the lips & chin using circular movements
