How to apply Urjasara Milky Essence

Our facial self-massages have been created with an expert on {mukhasana} or "face yoga" in Sanskrit- to stimulate {marma} energy points and lymphatic drainage, while relieving muscular tensions.

Take a small amount of cream & warm it up using the palms of your hands

Step 2: Aroma Healing

Breathe in the serum's scent by circling your hands in the air

Step 3: Application

Massage in an upward direction on the face and neck

Step 4 : Smoothing motions

With the back of your hands, gently massage the cheeks in upward lifting motions 15x. Repeat on your lips & forehead

Step 5 : Tapping

Finally, tap your face and head with your fingers
