Introducing the revolutionary Kansa Brush – a new hair and scalp tool that combines the wisdom of ancient healing traditions with practical hair care. Our new scalp brush promotes blood circulation and stimulates the hair follicles, resulting in stronger and denser-looking hair, while also helping to relieve tension in the mind and body.
Rooted in the Ayurvedic practice of using metals for their therapeutic properties, the bristles of the Kansa Brush are centred around a dome crafted from a blend of copper and tin – a healing alloy known to neutralize toxins within the body.
“From an Ayurvedic perspective, we believe the scalp is where prana (life-force energy) enters our system,” explain Kama Ayurveda’s Global Scientific Expert Dr. Vijay Murthy. “Kansa metal acts a conductor, subtly activating pranic energy which leads to better oxygen absorption and ultimately a higher concentration of oxygen in our cells.”
As much as the Kansa Brush is a tool to promote a healthy scalp and vibrant hair, regular use will also contribute to an over-all sense of well-being and balance. “The scalp holds the majority of our {marma} points and a gentle massage using the bristles will stimulate them. Much like reflexology points on the feet, a {marma} massage resets, or realigns, your energetic systems to restore the body to its baseline. Most importantly it reduces the impact of stress – one of the worst things for your hair.”
The Kansa Brush, with its unique composition of sacred metal, anti-microbial properties and holistic benefits, is a valuable new addition to your hair and self-care routine.

3 Ways to Use The Kansa Brush
1. Hair-Oiling Boost
After applying the Bringadi Scalp and Hair Oil, use the Kansa Brush to spread the oil evenly from the roots of your hair to ends. Massage the scalp in a circular motion for 5 minutes with the Kansa Brush to stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles and enhance the effect of the oil.
2. Scalp Exfoliation
Use the Kansa Brush as a gently exfoliator to detox the scalp by removing excess product build up and lifting impurities.
3. Mind Relaxation
Gently massage a dry scalp whenever needed to relieve tension and soothe the mind
